Fundamentals or what we like to call them, beginners classes, are a great way for every new CrossFit athlete to start their journey. These classes teach you the basics of functional movements that are prescribed in CrossFit workouts in an intencive group invironment. our classes are capped at 10 people and will prepare you to jump into all classes we have available.
Beginners classes cover the 9 basic movements:
Med Ball Clean, Sumo Deadlift High-Pull, Deadlift, Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press and Push Jerk.
